Nitro Kara is a Nitrogen fixing bio fertilizer and we know the nitrogen is a major nutrient for all plants. Nitro Kara has highly efficient nitrogen fixing bacteria of Azorhizobium caulinodans which was isolated from the nature.In addition A.caulinodans is a very useful soil and root bacterium and It is an associative nitrogen fixing bacteria.Also It is found in the soil around plant roots (rhizosphere), root surface and intera cellular spaces of stem and root tissue.So when Azorhizobium is inoculated to the plant, in the best condition and on its host plant it multiplies and can supply 200-300kg of nitrogen per hectare per season.

Moreover, A. caulinodans produces growth promoting substances like Indole Acetic Acid (IAA), Gibberellins, and promotes root proliferation. Which is increases the rootlet density and root branching resulting in the increased uptake of mineral and water. The other plant growth promoting substances which produce by this bacterium like auxins, cytokinins, abscicic acids, lumichrome, rhiboflavin, hitooligosaccharides and vitamins can improve the plant growth and yield.

How to apply Nitro Kara?

For spraying:

1) Before use, shake well the bottle.

2) Mix proportion of 110ml Nitro Kara bottle or bottles with adequate water. Also rainwater is ideal but tap water is fine to use.

3) Spray this suspension to the leaves of plants.

a) Cereals: Apply to young plants at the 2-4 leaf stage and then spray it on the plant leaves every 6 or 8 weeks through the growing season (2 or 3 bottles per hectare).

b) Vegetables and salad crops: Apply to young plants at the 2-4 leaf stage and then spray it on the plant leaves every 6 or 8 weeks through the growing season (2 or 3 bottles per hectare).

c) Fruit trees and soft fruit: Apply after flowering and again 6 or 8 weeks late (2 or 4 bottles per hectare (it depend on the tree height)

d) Seedling: Apply to young plants at the 2-4 leaf stage and then spray it on the plant leaves every 6 or 8 weeks through the growing season (2 or 3 bottles per hectare).

e) Lawns: Apply every 8 weeks through the growing season (2 or 3 bottles per hectare).

f) Flowers and shrubs: For annuals use apply at planting out and then spray it on the plant through the growing seas For perennials, then apply with the spring growth (2 or 3 bottles per hectare).

For seeds inoculation:

1) Before use, shake well the bottle. Then Mix proportion of 110ml Nitro Kara bottle or bottles with 10 or 20lit water. Rainwater is ideal but tap water is fine to use.

2) Spread seeds on plastic then spray the suspension of Nitro Kara and water on seeds.

3) Dry seeds in shade and avoid sunlight. At least sow immediately with machines or hand.

Notices:

Nitro Kara is produced and packed at the sterile condition, so after opening the bottle use the whole contents of it in 24 hours.

For best results apply in the late afternoon, evening or early morning to damp leaves (after dew or rain, or after watering). Do NOT apply in direct sunlight or in windy conditions where the leaves will dry to quickly.

Do NOT use distilled, bottled or heavily chlorinated water.

Your plants will not be harmed if you apply too much or if you apply it too frequently.

Although this product has been tested under a variety of conditions, but their efficacy may be affected by incorrect storage or usage in bad climatic or soil conditions.

Potency: 1*10^8 CFU/ml when manufactured.
